The Cuisine of the Borgo
Borgo Musolino's cuisine draws on the recipes and flavours of Sicilian tradition, reinterpreting them with a contemporary eye.
Vegetables and aromatic herbs sourced locally and selected at zero food miles accompany a cuisine deeply tied to seasonality, the quality of raw ingredients and the pleasure of gathering around the table.
A cuisine that has no wish to stray from its origins, but to tell their story with lightness and contemporary sensibility.

The Restaurant in the Villa
The restaurant brings the dining experience inside Villa Musolino itself, weaving together cuisine, history and the atmosphere of the place.
The indoor dining room looks out, through large windows, onto the outdoor terrace and the Villa's expansive garden. A bright space open to the landscape, where indoor and outdoor areas are in constant dialogue.
The restaurant is open both to hotel guests and to those who wish to book a table without staying at the property. For guests whose room reservation does not include dining, the service is currently available on request.
The Old Sea Terrace
A large garden looking directly out over the sea and the Aeolian Islands, where the table meets the landscape and the light of sunset.
The terrace is a versatile space, used for dinners, aperitifs, events and various convivial occasions. A place to enjoy throughout the day, with a privileged view over the point where the sun sets into the sea.

The Borgo Bar
A place dedicated to the day's more informal moments, amid the greenery and spaces of the Villa.
The bar's offering includes a selection of wines and champagnes, designed to accompany aperitifs, moments of relaxation and special occasions.
The Borgo Bar is also the starting point for some of the experiences dedicated to taste, including the Wine Tasting and the Cocktail Masterclass.
